Ofyr Pizza Oven 100

This OFYR Pizza Oven 100 makes delicious pizzas on top of a natural wood fire like no other!! The OFYR Pizza Oven has a practical pizza peel, a double-sided cast iron plate, a pizza stone that is placed on the cast iron and a double steel cloche, the outer layer of which can be turned over the inner layer. There are openings in the cast iron plate through which the heat from the OFYR cooking unit can circulate in the cloche and heat the pizza quickly.

By turning the knob on the cloche, you can determine the size of the opening between the inner and outer layer of the cloche. The larger the opening, the more air circulation and the more heat formation. Heat-resistant gloves such as the OFYR gloves should be used to turn the knob, as the knob becomes red-hot. Of course, the pizza oven can also be used as a normal oven.

When making pizzas, the pizza stone is placed on the smooth side of the cast iron plate. The other side of the plate is ribbed and can be used as a grill plate.

With the pizza oven, you have to cook by feel. The oven is not equipped with a thermometer, because the temperature can vary and depends on the environment, the type and amount of wood, and the size of the opening of the cloche.

With only a large fire in the middle of the cone, the oven becomes very hot, especially in the middle. It is therefore best to heat the pizza oven with heat coming from the sides of the cone, in order to create the best heat distribution.

The OFYR Pizza Oven is available as an accessory for both the OFYR 85 and 100 cookers. The grill plate for the pizza oven is custom-made for the corresponding cooker.
